We conduct consultations in person at our office in West Milwaukee, via Zoom or Facetime, or over the phone. If consulting by telephone, we ask that you find a quiet place to speak with us.
The consultation fee for most types of cases is $150 and must be paid in advance in order to secure the appointment spot. For certain types of cases we consult only by phone call and do not charge consult fees. Please contact our office so that one of our qualified staff can discuss the process and options with you.
During the consultation, one of our attorneys will ask questions about your current situation, your immigration history, any criminal history, and a number of other personal issues. It is important to understand that consulting with an attorney does not establish an attorney-client relationship. We am not representing you unless we sign a contract with a fee agreement. However, all our discussions are completely confidential, meaning they cannot be shared with anyone outside of our staff. If you decide to hire us, we will discuss fees and make an agreement and then work on your case.
